Compensation: Commission only — no base salary or hourly pay
Meet with homeowners across the Charlotte metro area to understand their goals and discuss Patriot Home Service solutions. Conduct professional field and in-home consultations, explain available home improvement services, prepare accurate next steps through Patriot's approved process, and follow up from the first conversation through a customer's decision. Build trust through clear expectations and honest communication while coordinating with the rest of the Patriot team. This is a commission-only role with no base salary or hourly pay.
Previous outside, in-home, residential, or consultative sales experience is preferred. Strong listening, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Able to learn Patriot's home service offerings and communicate scope without making unsupported promises. Comfortable driving to appointments throughout the Charlotte NC metro area. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Organized use of a CRM or similar follow-up system. Professional, customer-first approach with a commitment to accurate documentation and respectful interactions.
