Compensation: Commission only — no base salary or hourly pay
Build awareness for Patriot Home Service through neighborhood outreach, local events, and community conversations in the Charlotte metro area. Help homeowners understand the services we provide, identify genuine interest in a roofing, siding, gutters, decks, concrete, or other home project, and connect interested homeowners with the consultation team. Keep outreach accurate and professional, record leads with permission, and help Patriot maintain a strong customer-first presence. This is a commission-only role with no base salary or hourly pay.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Interest in community outreach, local marketing, or residential home services. Able to explain information accurately without making promises about project outcomes or pricing. Organized approach to recording leads and following up. Comfortable working at neighborhood events and outdoors. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for work across the Charlotte NC metro area. Willingness to follow Patriot's brand, privacy, and customer communication guidelines.
